Job Description:
Job Duties:
• Perform MIG welding on various metals to fabricate and assemble components as per engineering drawings and specifications
• Inspect welded parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
• Operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently
• Follow health and safety guidelines and procedures at all times
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
• Proven experience as a MIG Welder
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Minimum of 2 years of experience in MIG welding
Knowledge and Skills:
• Proficient in MIG welding techniques
• Knowledge of different types of metals and welding processes
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations
• Strong communication skills
• Additional welding certifications
• Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment
• Work primarily in a a Factory setting
• May be required to work in different positions for extended periods
