Summary
**Job Title:** Structural Welder Fabricator
**Location:** Dudley Workshop & Site-Based
**Pay Rate:** **£16.00+ per hour** (Depending on Experience)

**Job Description:**
We are currently looking for a skilled and reliable **Structural Welder Fabricator** to join our team in **Dudley** . This hands-on role involves working with **mild steel from 5mm to 50mm** , fabricating and installing **staircases, balustrades, handrails, and structural frames** . The successful candidate must be confident in **MIG welding** and comfortable working both in the workshop and on-site for fitting and installation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Perform **MIG welding** on mild steel components (5mm50mm thick)
* Fabricate and assemble **staircases, balustrades, and structural steelwork**
* Interpret and work from **technical engineering drawings**
* Carry out **on-site installation and fitting** work as required
* Use hand tools and machinery including grinders, drills, and plasma cutters
* Follow all **health and safety protocols** both in workshop and on-site
**Requirements:**
* Previous experience as a **structural welder/fabricator**
* Skilled in **MIG welding** with heavy-gauge mild steel
* Ability to read and work from **fabrication drawings**
* Comfortable working **on-site and at height** if needed
* CSCS card preferred (or willingness to obtain)
* Full UK driving licence preferred
* Strong attention to detail and a positive work attitude
