The Role
A day in the life of our F&B Manager of Food & Beverage needs heaps of energy, and consistency even though the days are never alike; and creativity to tackle daily adventures. Working with an amazing team, you will be responsible for the smooth running of all elements of the F&B Operation within the hotel, including breakfast service, bar and lounge service, a la carte lunch and dinner and all conference, banqueting and functions. You will have ultimate responsibility for recruitment, training and development of the team and will have accountability for engagement in your department. You will be working to budgets and will be expected to plan and forecast future sales and revenue, while keeping your eye on future trends and opportunities.
