Job Description

An opportunity has arisen within Neighbourhoods, Regeneration and Sustainability for a Loft Attendant to join our Waste Disposal Service on a permanent basis.

Position Details

The Loft Attendant will carry out daily routine cleaning within the Transfer Station and Complex; will have complete control of all waste reception loft operations including the access/egress and reversing of vehicles; and must keep the site clean, tidy, and in a safe and presentable manner.

The Loft Attendant duties may include using basic hand tools and/or basic powered equipment and working from heights.

Contract Details

Weekly Hours: an average of 37 per week

Work Pattern: 4 on, 4 off shift pattern

Annual Salary: £21,699.31

Additional Payments: In addition to the annual salary the role attracts a non-standard work pattern/hours (NSWPH) payment of £2,0188 per annum plus a working context & demand (WCD) payment of £1,088 per annum.
