Summary
Escape Recruitment are working with a growing, exciting manufacturing client in North Ayrshire to recruit for a Safety Case/COMAH Advisor role. This role would be for an 18 month contract period.
The role:
- Develop, review, maintain, update, review and submit safety cases and COMAH safety report.
- Work closely with manufacturing and engineering teams as well as technical managers and operational staff to ensure safety cases and COMAH reports are compliant with regulations and standards
- Reporting and safe response to unsafe conditions or acts in accordance with policies and procedures
- Ensure a workforce engagement process for safety cases and COMAH safety report updates including review and feedback timescales.
About you:
- Experience of top tier COMAH sites and competent authorities
- Understanding of the Safety Case and COMAH regulations including DSEAR
- Project management experience including planning, cost control and document management
- Effective communicator with the ability influence
