AXA Partners are searching for an IT Service Desk Administrator to join our IT team based in Redhill on a twelve month, fixed term hybrid contract. This role attracts a base salary up to 21k depending on experience. The role of IT Service Desk Weekend Administrator will be to support the business by resolving L1 incidents on weekends and bank holidays, and support the Service Desk with administrative tasks and basic hardware management. The role is hybrid, based partially in the Redhill office and at home. This role reports to the IT Service Manager and has no direct reports.This role is being offered on a fixed term contract for 12 months, on a part-time basis - 21 hours/week (weekends + 1 weekday or 2x0.5 weekdays).
Individual responsibilities/tasks/ Key Result areas
Answer phone calls from the business, and register tickets in the internal ticketing system (Service Now based)
Troubleshoot and resolve L1 incidents
Support senior engineers on-call with sending communication to the business if there is a major incident
Support joiners-movers-leavers process by administering employee access in group directory
