You will be a dedicated and dynamic Brand Ambassador with a deep understanding of the KBB (Kitchen, Bedroom, and Bathroom) and Design industry. You will be passionate about trends in the interior space and exhibit a keen interest in varying interior styles.

This role requires tenacity to follow through with customers and close out projects successfully. You will work internally, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and driving the company's growth objectives.

• Proven experience in the KBB/Design industry or a related field
• Passion for interior design and a keen eye for trends and styles
• Demonstrated ability to follow through and close out projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Persistent and proactive in opening new opportunities
• Experience in customer acquisition and up-selling
• Ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships

What will your role look like?

• Industry Expertise: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the KBB/Design industry, staying updated with current trends and advancements
• Passion for Design: Remain enthusiastic about interior trends and demonstrate a strong interest in varying interior styles
• Material Knowledge: Possess a robust understanding of which materials and products pair well together
• Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively as a strong team player within the company
• Opportunity Development: Open key new opportunities through persistence via telephone, email, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Customer Acquisition: Identify and acquire new customers while also focusing on up-selling to the existing customer base
• Customer Relationships: Develop and sustain long-term relationships with customers to increase loyalty and profitability in your area
• Technical Expertise: Assist clients with technical expertise and advice on products
