Summary
Step Teachers are working with a primary school in Rye to find a full-time year 3/4 Teacher to join their team starting in September 2024.
This is a "Good" Ofsted rated school where pupils speak highly of their lessons and the experiences they gain. Leaders have a deep understanding of their students, fostering warm and supportive relationships throughout the school.

Year 3/4 Teacher Role:
- As a Year 3/4 Teacher, you would need strong KS2 knowledge
- Upkeep a tidy, organised classroom with accessible resources where needed
- Direct and support any additional staff in the classroom where applicable
- Able to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to a class of approximately 28 pupils.
- Willingness to comply with the schools’ policies and implement, them effectively
Requirements:
- Hold QTS or the equivalent of
- Have recent mainstream school-based experience as a Year 3/4 Teacher
