Our client, a family-run company based in Rochdale, is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and efficient individual to become an integral part of a close-knit team.

Administrator Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team
    • Answer and direct calls in a professional and friendly manner
    • Maintain and update internal administrative systems accurately and efficiently
    • Respond to emails promptly and effectively
    • Manage data in Excel spreadsheets with a keen eye for detail
    • Follow up on and verify proof of delivery
    • Attach delivery information to the correct accounts
    • Assist with credit control tasks as required

    Administrator Requirements:

      • Proven experience in a similar administrative role
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • Confidence in chasing payments over the phone
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
