Summary

Office Assistant | Letchworth, Herts | 9:00am to 5:30pm Mon – Thurs & 9:00am to 5:00pm Friday | Part-Time considered | Up to £25,000 per annum depending upon experience and qualifications

Our client is a nationwide IT support organisation established in 1988 working in partnership with manufacturers, software houses, and system integrators. They offer their clients a structured “break fix” service along with engineering resources for installations and rollouts.

Are you the right person for the job?

Some Word and Excel skills would be useful but our client is willing to fully train the right candidate.

What will your role look like?

• Taking telephone calls
• Logging support calls via telephone & Email
• Contract Administration
• Updating and closing support calls
• Checking closed calls and filing engineer reports
• Multiskilling to help in all areas within the office
• Monthly reports in Excel
• Social media skills
