The opportunity
We have an exciting new opening in Flight Centre as the Head of Internal Communications. The role is responsible for the effective design, delivery and execution of the internal engagement and communication global strategy to FCTG employees within the Europe/EMEA region.
Average day in the life
The role is wide ranging and dynamic, encompassing the timely coordination of employee communication through a range of channels to ensure ease of access, clarity and consistency across all brands and support departments, which in turn help to drive wider business outcomes in alignment to company strategy.
You will be designing and delivering quality and consistent internal communications throughout FCTG using a range of channels, ensuring alignment with global strategy. In addition, you will continually enhance staff attraction and long term employer branding strategy.
You might be perfect if
- Degree in Marketing, PR, Journalism or English - Essential
- Minimum three years in marketing/communications - Essential
- Proven record of success in a PR of Public Affairs - Preferred
- Excellent Verbal & Written skills - Essential
