Summary


We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Domestic team at Sherwood Oaks Hospital, who are responsible for cleaning all our patient and non patient areas. This role also includes serving of food to patients at meal times.

Previous experience of working within a Domestic or Cleaning environment is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.



The hours will be 25.67 hours working 5 days over 7 days including bank holidays. The shift pattern will be (12:30pm-18:30pm). The ability to work effectively and flexibly, both alone and as part of a team, maintaining a high standard of work will be essential.

Ensuring all areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness following work schedules, method statements and procedures.

Serving patients food at meal times and ensuring all equipment, utensils, working surfaces and areas are kept clean and tidy using correct cleaning methods, equipment and chemicals within the Ward Dining Room.
