CNC Turners / Programmers / Operators - The Role:

We are now recruiting for CNC Turners / Programmers / Operators to join us on a permanent basis and assume responsibility for the setting and operating of CNC machines to produce parts correct to drawing!
Responsibilities & Duties to include:
* Programming, setting and operating CNC machinery
* Manufacturing high quality parts from customer drawings and CAD files.
* Choosing the correct tooling and manufacturing methods for each job.
* Minimise setup and run times whilst maintaining a high standard of quality.
* Always maintaining a clean working environment and work in a safe and professional manner.
* Working with 3D models, 2D drawings, samples, and instructions to carry out a variety of one-off projects, small batch work, repairs and reverse engineering.
CNC Turners / Programmers / Operators - What you'll bring:
Applicants should satisfy the following criteria:
* Ability to check components to a high level of accuracy and work on own initiative.
* Ability to work on your own initiative and to tight deadlines.
* Mazak/Fanuc panel experience would be advantageous, but training would be given to the right individual.
* Have a recognised engineering qualification.
* Flexibility and willingness to work overtime when required.
* Able to interpret and produce parts to engineering drawings, samples and verbal instructions.
