We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated, forward thinking individual as our Business Engagement Manager at Buckinghamshire College Group. The role is based at our Aylesbury campus. We are offering a competitive salary for this role.

The overall requirement of the Business Engagement Manager is to build relationships with businesses to provide solutions to their short, medium and long term skills needs. You will establish a robust pipeline to meet ambitious targets for apprenticeships, full and part-time training courses, student placements, and business involvement in curriculum design and delivery.

The successful candidate will be required to:

  • build and maintain strong relationships with businesses to meet their existing and future skills and people needs
  • identify and pursue new sales opportunities for Buckinghamshire College Group and its education services
  • develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets for apprenticeships, workplace qualifications and training courses
  • work collaboratively with the curriculum areas and apprenticeship team to generate apprenticeships, industry placements, work experience and training course opportunities.
