Summary
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients both remotely and on-site.
- Diagnose and resolve escalated technical issues that couldn't be resolved by 1st line support.
- Efficiently resolve technical problems related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with Office 365, Azure, or AWS is a plus.
