Summary
Exciting new role in outskirts of Sevenoaks for an Accounts Administrator. This is a part time role Monday to Friday 20-25 hours per week. We are looking for someone who is happy to support the accounts department and office administration. We are looking for someone on a temporary to permanent basis.
Duties will include:
- Bank and supplier statement Reconciliations
- Input data into Sage50
- Processing expenses and invoices
- Sales and ledger duties such as accounts and order processing
- General admin duties such as creating shipping and packaging documents
- Book in collections with couriers
- Update the data base
- Handling of incoming calls and emails
- Reception duties
- Filing
- Ordering of stationary
About you:
- Experience with Sage50
- Accounts experience
- Experience with MS Teams
- Proficient in Excel (formula's and pivot tables)
- Excellent customer service
£12.50ph-£15.00ph (depending on experience)
