Summary

Fantastic opportunity to join FM Conway as a HR Administrator!

FM Conway has an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our HR Team. The role will be based at our prestigious office in Sevenoaks, which boasts a beautiful, green environment and on-site facilities that include a free gym and free parking. This is a full-time permanent role.

Responsibilities of our HR Administrator

- Creating offers of employment and changes to employment documentation

- Sending and collating employment references for successful candidates

- Utilising the company’s onboarding system to provide support with new starter inductions and ensuring that accurate right to work checks have been undertaken

- Providing administration support for the employee lifecycle including but not limited to, new starters, changes to employment, leavers, probation, exit interviews, absence, annual leave, private healthcare and administration queries

- Supporting with the administration of annual HR processes including salary review, bonus, healthcare renewals, average holiday pay

- Producing reports relevant to administration functions as and when required by the business

What we’re looking for in our HR Administrator

We are looking for a HR Administrator who has experience in a similar role. You will possess strong administration experience and will bring a combination of experience of supporting a number of fast paced business functions. You will have strong IT skills and will be an excellent communicator. In addition you will be an effective team worker, with a professional attitude, very good attention to detail and experience of dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
