Summary
Bensons for Beds is looking for a new Ecommerce Manager to join our team based in Accrington. Working on across a 6 month fixed term contract, your role will to be an integral part of Commercial marketing team.
Who do we want?
Essential Experience
- Minimum 2 years working in an ecommerce environment.
- Experience working with Shopify and confident to manage all elements of the back office.
- Experience using content management systems such as Shogun.
- Experienced in using Google Analytics to analysis with ability to generate actionable insight.
- Great communicator with the ability to craft copy in a set tone of voice.
So what will you do?
- Responsible for managing the evesleep.co.uk website in partnership with the commercial and digital marketing teams.
- Execute the promotional plan and manage the onsite merchandising to ensure we are beating the commercial targets.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey through UX / UI enhancements.
- Support new product and service launches.
- Contribute to the weekly commercial sessions providing input from a digital perspective.
- Form strong relationships with the broader digital / commercial / marketing / IT teams to ensure you can deliver the change required.
- Experience using other ecommerce platforms such as BigCommerce
- Project management experience launching new websites
- Working with 3rd party agencies
