Summary
Bensons for Beds is looking for a new Ecommerce Lead to join our team based in Accrington.
Who do we want?
Required
- Minimum 2 years working in an ecommerce environment.
- Commercially minded with a background in trading / merchandising
- Experience working with BigCommerce / similar commerce engine and confident to manage all elements of the back office.
- Experienced in using Google Analytics to analysis with ability to generate actionable insight.
- Great communicator with the ability to craft copy in a set tone of voice.
Desirable
- Experience using Bloomreach technology (Discovery, Content and Engagement)
- Working with Shopify as a platform · Previous multi-channel retailer experience
So what will you do?
- Responsible for managing the bensonsforbeds.co.uk website in partnership with the commercial and digital marketing teams.
- Play a role in the running of the evesleep.co.uk business
- Execute the promotional plan and manage the onsite merchandising to ensure we are beating the commercial targets.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey through UX / UI enhancements.
- Support new product and service launches.
- Contribute to the weekly commercial sessions providing input from a digital perspective.
- Lead our internal team of merchandisers to ensure the site looks its best to customers everyday.
- Form strong relationships with the broader digital / commercial / marketing / IT teams to ensure you can deliver the change required.
