Summary
Our AXA Commercial team have an exciting new opportunity for a Vulnerable Customer Manager to come join the team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring we regularly assess AXA Commercial’s approach to Vulnerable Customers and that our regulatory expectations are met, resulting in good outcomes for our customers.

What you’ll be doing:
Design and implement strategies on how to improve the overall experience for vulnerable customers.
Provide support, challenge and guidance on vulnerable customer initiatives.
Deliver appropriate management information, both qualitative and quantitative, to monitor performance against vulnerable customer outcomes.
Work with colleagues across AXA UK to ensure alignment where possible in the service proposition.
Create and review vulnerable customer policies in collaboration with Operations and the Product team.
Help shape the vulnerable customer training for front line colleagues.
Be the point of contact for escalated customer cases as required.
Support our vulnerable customer champions across AXA Commercial to ensure a consistent approach across the business.
Close working relationship with Transversal Risk, Compliance and Audit colleagues to ensure best practice is adopted.
Liaise with cross functional teams to ensure alignment on all initiatives and how these initiatives may impact customers.
Keep up to date with industry best practice and regulatory expectations.
