TeacherActive are working with a lovely Nursery near the Nottingham city centre. A job in early years and childcare is unique and rewarding. This specific Nursery are looking to bring on a member of staff on a full time basis, Monday to Friday 08.45 to 17.30.
To be considered for this position as a Nursery Assistant, you must have a level 3 childcare qualification or higher. Having at least 6 months experience working in a Nursery environment is key, as you must know how to keep a safe environment for the children and provide fun activities that help children learn and develop. The successful Nursery Assistant will have:
• Level 3 childcare or equilivant (or higher)
• Previous experience working with children (ideally as a Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, Nursery Assistant or similar)
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding and Child Protection
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
