Further training, and ongoing supervision in these sub-specialities will be provided as needed and required.

The department will support staff members who wish to take the FRCA exams and will actively encourage the post holder to participate in the audit, research and educational activities of the department. The department also encourages those who may have finished their speciality training to apply. The department is actively encouraging and supporting CT3 competencies for the curriculum change.
