We are looking to appoint two Teaching Assistants to provide high quality, supportive and nurturing provision for specific children in our school. You would be joining an exceptional and supportive team of professionals, who are relentless in our pursuit of excellence and our mission to make every day count for the children. Your core duties will be:

Working with a team to deliver high quality provision for specific children in our school
Prepare the classroom for the next day’s learning
Supervise and support a child during lessons and over lunchtime
Encouraging the children to positively interact with others and engage in lessons led by the teacher.
Supporting the children’s academic, physical and emotional well-being
Supporting and nurturing the children to become the best versions of themselves and ready for the next stage of their education
Being aware of pupil barriers to learning, progress, achievements and able to adapt activities as discussed with the class teacher.
Supporting the teacher in managing pupil behaviour and supporting the needs of the children.
