Summary


Our Talking Therapies Long Term Conditions team is seeking a dedicated and experienced Business and Administration Processes Manager. This role is crucial for the seamless operation of our expanding talking therapies service. The successful candidate will support the Leadership Team, a clinical team of therapists, and an administrative team, ensuring the service runs efficiently both operationally and clinically.

Our team operates across West Sussex, with main bases in Worthing and Horsham. The successful candidate’s primary work base is negotiable but will require regular presence at both sites to maintain consistency and support across the team.

The post holder will work closely with the Clinical Services Manager, Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead and Deputy Clinical Lead (Senior Managers), as well as being the main source of support for the Team. They will need to communicate on a regular basis with the clinical and administrative staff of West Sussex Talking Therapies Long Term Conditions as well as being required to liaise with staff and managers from other Talking Therapy teams, the Data Analyst, colleagues within Sussex Community NHS Trust including Human Resources, Recruitment, Purchasing and Finance. These discussions will include matters relating to service delivery, in particular activity data, HR/recruitment issues, financial issues as well as strategic planning for the service.

· Operational Management: Ensure the service is managed through effective systems, procedures, and processes.

· Team Management: Provide day-to-day and line management of the administrative team.

· Leadership Support: Support the Leadership Team with a variety of management functions.
