As an Instructor in the International Delivery Team you will deliver training across the full Fire Service College (FSC) curriculum.

This role will be based at the Fire Service College at Moreton in Marsh. It will be 40 hours per week between 8am and 6pm.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting the Lead Instructor and Team Leader within your specialist subject matter(s)
• Delivering training courses across a wide range of fire service subjects to international delegates
• Liaising with the international sales team
• Developing course content
• Reviewing and renewing course content
• Coordinating the allocation of staff and resources

What we're looking for:

• An experienced instructor, ideally within a Fire and Rescue Service, or at a fire training establishment
• Experience of working in Fire and Rescue overseas
• Any experience within the following would be desirable: Accredited Breathing Apparatus (BA) Instructor, Accredited Fire Behaviour Training Instructor (FBTI), Accredited Transport/Road Traffic Collision (RTC) Instructor or Resilience Team Training.
• A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Education and Training (AET) (or be willing to achieve this in their first 6 months in the role)
• Strong team player with excellent communication and leadership skills.
• IT competency on Microsoft Office programmes (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
