This is a Hybrid Working role with a requirement to attend Glasgow Mail Centre a minimum of three days per week, with flexibility required in line with business needs.

Reporting into the Regional Commercial Leader for the North, you will lead, motivate, and inspire a team of inside sales Account Executives through direct line management.

About the Role
You will lead a team of Account Executives in the achievement of agreed business objectives and targets, ensuring growth opportunities are identified, prioritised, and converted with the right levels of sales resource.

You will deploy Regional Sales Plans to realise opportunities, deliver targets, mitigate threats and work with 3rd parties, capturing and acting on the voice of the customer.

You will effectively understand the levers of sales performance and manage under-performance where necessary. Alongside this, you’ll ensure compliance, way of working, PSP, Siebel, and all sales standards are achieved. You’ll provide accurate monthly and full year revenue forecast and reporting.

You will successfully deploy new products, campaigns, and solutions across the Region. You’ll develop and deploy appropriate ways of working within regions, through effective matrix management, across Inside Sales, Field Sales, Operations, CE, and others. You’ll deliver greater efficiency/customer experience and achieve maximum revenue potential.

You will coach, motivate, and lead teams to achieve sales objectives and targets, and achieve superior performance to deliver on customer needs.

• Strong commercial acumen and an appreciation of the strategic requirements of RMG and Sales and Channels
• Able to effectively analyse and understand performance metrics
• Effective application of Sales Leadership technical competencies
• Ability to think innovatively
• Effective sales planning skills

Qualifications
• Leadership/Coaching Certification (essential)
• APS Registered Sales Professional (desirable)
• APS Certified Sales Professional (desirable)
