Summary

One Resourcing Ltd is a Recruitment agency that specialises in Aviation Recruitment. Based in Crawley we are currently looking to recruit an in-branch Employment Vetting Officer to assist the existing Vetting Admin team with airport 5-year background checks and referencing. The Employment Vetting Officer will be responsible for the successful candidate 5-year referencing in a high-pressure environment.

Our clients we work with currently are some of the biggest names in Aviation – Gatwick Airport Limited, Gatwick Ground Services, No 1 Lounges, BA EuroFlyer, World Duty Free and many more.

Key Accountabilities for the position:

Manage allocated workload to set deadlines and targets.
To oversee the referencing and security vetting procedure and successful submission of applicant’s Airside ID Pass applications to the ID Centre.
To discuss in person, via phone or email and establish applicant’s specific 5 – year employment/education history to gain as much information as possible to successfully complete the applicant’s Airside ID Pass application.
To manage candidate vetting records and update in-house vetting system with live data.
To apply for candidates Criminal Record Check (CRC/DBS)
To deal with any client or applicant inquiries in a satisfactory and professional manner. Produce vetting reports/updates if required
To communicate with applicants and clients on behalf of One Resourcing Ltd and maintenance of successful relationships.
To ensure all correct Department for Transport, CAA and Airport Authority procedures are followed.
To ensure GDPR and high level of discretion is followed throughout the process
To ensure that all candidate ID pass applications are uploaded onto the ID Gateway ID Pass Application systems.
Job requirements:

Minimum 1 year admin experience
You should have good organisational & time management skills to ensure set deadlines are met
Ability to use own initiative and manage a varying workload
Excellent attention to detail
A professional manner and the ability to develop strong working relationships with clients and candidates
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in office software/systems (MS Word, Excel)
A good working knowledge of MS Outlook
Working hours are Monday to Thursday 08.30 – 17:00, Friday 0830:1630, with 30 minutes for lunch (39.5 hours per week contract).

This position would be paying a basic salary from £24’000.00 with a potential bonuses depending on team performance parameters after a 3 months qualifying period. OTE £39’000.00

Additional to the salary, you can receive a monthly bonus AND 6 monthly bonuses of up to £15’000.00 per annum.
