Summary
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Agency Nurse to join our team. As an Agency Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to various healthcare facilities on an as-needed basis. Your expertise and professionalism will contribute to the overall well-being of patients and ensure the delivery of exceptional healthcare services. Duties: - Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities as needed - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans - Conduct assessments and evaluations of patients' health conditions - Administer treatments and interventions as prescribed by physicians - Document patient information accurately and maintain up-to-date medical records - Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques - Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean environment for patients - Respond effectively to emergencies and provide immediate medical assistance when required - Stay updated on the latest advancements in nursing practices and technologies Experience: - Valid nursing license - Proven experience as a Registered Nurse or similar role - In-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology - Strong patient care skills with the ability to provide compassionate and empathetic support - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals - Ability to work independently while also being a valuable team member - Exceptional problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
