Summary

We are recruiting for individuals to join us as Integrated Teachers for year 5 within our Undergraduate Medical School, who will support small group reflective learning around Professional Values and Behaviours (an umbrella term for professionalism, ethics, human factors/patient safety, teamwork/leadership) relevant to the clinical context of the final year of the curriculum and life as a Foundation Doctor.

This post is 1PA, 4 hours per week, funded by NHS ACT for one year in the first instance.

Your priorities will include:

  • Helping students refine skills in reflective learning
  • Teaching professional values and behaviours in a clinical context
  • Enabling students to develop self-care strategies for life as a doctor
  • Supporting students to transition into the Foundation Programme

Who we're looking for:

  • Senior medical staff, such as Consultant, GP or SAS doctor
  • Prior medical education experience desired
