This post presents an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated administrator to join our busy Student Administration Team in the Faculty of Medicine. You will work closely with the Team Leader, Senior Administrative Officer and other Faculty teams, and with colleagues across Student Administration and Academic Affairs to ensure effective and professional support for all aspects of the student lifecycle from enrolment through to graduation. Major elements of the post will be to ensure the smooth running of all processes related to postgraduate taught programmes.

You will be an excellent team player with a proven ability to work proactively and with excellent attention to detail. You will be well organised and adaptable, taking a proactive approach in reviewing processes and practices. Excellent communication, organisation and inter-personal skills are required as is a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
