Summary


We are seeking an enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our inclusive and proactive team on Ward 34. You must be a team player and committed to delivering excellent care always. If this is you, we would love to hear from you.

Ward 34 is a 24 bedded Diabetes and General Medical ward with a fast pace.

This is the perfect time to join a CQC rated Good acute trust on our journey to Outstanding.

Applications from newly qualified, return to practice Nurses and Registered Nurses working in alternative health care environments are welcomed.

The overriding purpose is to support the provision of the highest quality patient care through personal actions and continuous improvement.

The post holder will support the Ward Sister in ensuring the delivery of high quality patient
care upholding patient dignity delivered with kindness and compassion

Provide and monitor the nursing care for a designated group of patients during a care
episode.

Actively contribute to an effective learning environment.

The post holder will promote a team nursing philosophy of care.
