Summary
Sherwood Forest Hospitals has exciting Band 5 opportunities for enthusiastic and highly motivated Registered Children's Nurses to join our paediatric team.
We have permanent vacancies within our general children’s ward. This is a 30-bedded unit with both medical and surgical beds, 2 high dependency beds, and a Children's Assessment Unit within the ward, with options to rotate within this unit.
We also have a well-established day-case surgery pathway.

We are looking for first-level Registered Children’s Nurses, whether newly qualified or experienced, who are able to work flexibly over a 24-hour period. Candidates should be eager to develop their skills and expertise and keen to join a friendly, enthusiastic, and supportive nursing team dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based care.
This vacancy is for Ward 25, the Paediatric Ward only.
At #TeamSFH, we have a well-established Practice Development Team who will support you throughout the Preceptorship Programme if you are newly qualified.
