Nasir Marketing (UK) Limited TA JNSK Utilities is an energy company located in Birmingham. With a dedication to providing high-quality customer service to our customers, we are seeking an experienced and professional Customer Service Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis.

The Supervisor will sell energy products and services to businesses and individuals. Their job is to build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and recommend energy solutions that meet those needs.

One of the key tasks of Supervisor is to identify potential customers and generate leads. He has to develop relationships with businesses and conduct market research to identify new opportunities. Once potential leads are identified, advisors conduct thorough consultations to understand energy needs and tailor suitable solutions.


It should be noted that this position is only open to candidates from outside the country. We will not consider applications from candidates inside the UK.

Roles/Responsibilities:


• Negotiates contracts for energy transactions.
• In case of dispute, act as an intermediary between the supplier and the client.
• Handle Clients complaints
• Provide training to junior staff
• Create a new sales lead
• Determines the best utility rates for customers.
• Builds and maintains relationships with clients.
• Review contracts with clients before renewal.

• Extensive knowledge of energy products.
