Summary
Role details: You will be working closely with the Senior Band 6 OT in the North Team to deliver individual Occupational Therapy Assessments, interventions, and group sessions as part of the Recovery process, you will carry-out ADL assessments to support Care Act Assessments and work alongside Care Co-ordinators and other MDT staff to deliver safe and effective care in the community. Some home visiting may be needed to complete assessment work. There is some expectation that you will undertake some team generic tasks (duty) and work closely with the MDT to manage risk, care planning, support to carers and families and manage crisis and safeguarding issues as they arise.
