Brand New Vacancy – Zero Hour Reception Supervisor!
This fabulous Edwardian style Liverpool hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Liverpool city centre. This large 402-bedroom hotel boasts 14 conferencing suites, catering for between 4 to 850 delegates, due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a receptionist on to the team.

As our Reception Supervisor you will be required to:
• Checking guests in and out
• Training and supervising the team.
• Maximising revenue and minimising loss within the Department.
• Promoting food and beverage facilities.
• Providing information to guests on all hotel products and services.
• Be involved with taking payments, cash handling & balancing floats.
• Answering telephones and handling guests and visitors’ queries
The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well-presented, with excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of Opera would be advantageous.
