Summary
Allen Motor Group are currently looking to recruit a Master Vehicle Technician to join our Ford dealership in Swindon. Reporting to the Aftersales Manager this position is offered on a full time 45 hour working week, Monday – Friday, with 1 in 3 Saturdays paid as overtime at 1.5x. paying £44,805 basic with an OTE of £55,000.

Required Skills & Experience
To be considered for the position you will need to possess a relevant formal qualification (City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3) as a minimum. We are looking for individuals who possess the following attributes & skills:
A full UK driving licence
Experience of inspection, repair and servicing motor vehicles
Previous senior technician or master technician level qualification
MOT Tester qualification would be very advantageous
Fantastic verbal and written English skills
Previous experience working in a franchised dealership
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Provide technical and diagnostic service ensuring customer satisfaction and productivity targets are met and exceeded
Maintain the highest level of technical knowledge and ensure compliance with manufacturer training
Uphold company and manufacturer quality standards
Ensure 100% compliance with vehicle health check processes
