Summary
The Officer Cadet Administration Cell (OCAC) Office Manager is responsible for the close supervision and monitoring of output of three x Admin Officers staff to ensure that all Officer Cadet (OCdt) processes are carried out with precise detail, in a timely manner in support of the Regular Commissioning Course (Reg CC); Commissioning Course short (CCS) and Sandhurst Preparation Course Long (SPC Long) and Sandhurst Preparation Course Short (SPC Short).
The main responsibilities are to:
Ensure the necessary personal data of individual candidates are transferred from the National Recruiting Centre to the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst (RMAS).
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of the Commissioning Contracts process for the senior intake
Ensure all commissioning course end of course administrative processes are completed in a timely and accurate manner
As a continuous process, ensure all key data relating to both Regular Initial Officer Training Courses is uploaded to the MoD It system (TAFMIS-T).
Produce the provisional commissioning lists
Produce reports/statistics as requested for the academy and outside parties.
Support Colonel Cadets/OCAC to undertake any additional duties as specified.
Once weekly check of the recruit pipeline in TAFMIS
