With no lender ties, they diligently search the market to secure the best deals for their clients. Additionally, their in-house Protection team offers tailored insurance solutions, ensuring clients are adequately protected.
About the Role
As a Mortgage Administrator, you'll be a crucial part of our client's team, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative support to the mortgage advisors. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy office setting and enjoys being part of a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting mortgage advisors with administrative tasks
- Managing client files and documentation
- Liaising with clients and lenders to facilitate the mortgage process
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Providing excellent customer service over the phone and via email
