Summary
Are you looking for a genuine ongoing role in the Sandycroft (CH5) area? We are proud to be recruiting for our well-established client for an End Of Line Machine Operative.
*4 DAY WORKING WEEK, EVERY FRIDAY OFF*
Pay & Hours of Work
· Monday – Thursday working 6:30am to 4:00pm
· £12.44 per hour
There is a bus stop which is a 20 minute walk to the site, however unfortunately the buses do not always run around the above start time, therefore you may not be able to get there unless you have your own transport or live in the Sandycroft area – Buses 811 & 9
Responsibilities
· Ensuring all machinery onsite is running correctly.
· Responsible for changing the materials in machinery (training will be given)
· Bringing the correct materials in from the warehouse to the production area
· Raising any machinery issues to the Production Manager
· Working on the end of a fast-paced production line which is packing products into cardboard boxes.
· Labelling of boxes prior to despatch
· Able to work to own initiative but also as part of a team
Essential Skills
· Willingness to learn new skills and systems.
· Previously worked within a fast-paced production environment would be desirable.
· Operating machinery and working with machinery is desirable but full training will be given.
· Happy to work to meet company targets.
