It starts with you. An opportunity has arisen for a Staff Nurse with an interest in caring for cancer patients to join our established team. As a Staff Nurse within the Oncology Unit at our Cambridge Nuffield Hospital, you'll drive the standard in patient care. You're registered with the appropriate governing body, plus you bring the qualifications and experience that are relevant to your registration, including NMC. You also have post-registration experience of at least two years. As an Oncology Staff Nurse, you will: Be flexible, motivated, an excellent communicator and team worker. Join a close-knit team headed by our Cancer Services Manager on our consultant-led Unit. Fully understand and pay close attention to each patient's needs. Work directly with some of the best clinical talent around. Initial 6 months will be to gain valuable experience of new practices, SACT administration, symptom control, end of life care. You will then receive facilitated learning to complete you SACT Passport (competent sign off to administer SACT).
