Summary
Step Teachers are working closely with a wonderful school in Enfield searching for an Administrator/ Receptionist to join the team in September 2024 for the full academic year. You will act as a general support for administrative duties across the school where needed, and be a the first point of contact for all enquiries.
Administrator/ Receptionist Role:
- Deliver efficient and responsive reception service. This includes answering queries, dealing with complaints and providing referrals in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Maintain a positive and professional image at all times
- Undertake various administrative tasks including filing photocopying, and managing school supplies to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Uphold Academy policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and secure environment for all.
- Be a team player, supporting colleagues during busy periods and providing cover when needed
Administrator/ Receptionist Requirements:
- An in-date and valid Paediatric First Aid certificate is desirable
- Previous experience in a school setting is compulsory, and ideally in an administrative role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for education and supporting the students
