Summary

Salary: Apprentice

This apprentice vacancy is fixed term for 18 months.

The role:

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, pro-active and friendly person to join our Administration team. Working towards a Level 3 Business Administrator Standard you will work under supervision to provide high quality administrative support within the Office and Data team at Nottingham Academy.

Experience is not required but you must be enthusiastic and keen to learn new skills, with a good eye for detail. This is a term time only role and this is reflected in the pro-rata salary.

This role will include:

Distribution of incoming mail, franking and sending outgoing mail.
Maintain electronic and manual systems, including data inputting, in an efficient and effective manner.
Arranging, co-ordinating and communicating details for meetings, training and events.
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations and other correspondence
Storing and maintaining confidential documents
We are looking for someone with:

excellent communication skills
attention to detail
excellent IT skills
the ability to form good working relationships
