Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Teacher with a passion for early childhood education? Bright Futures Nursery School is seeking a talented and experienced Nursery Teacher to join our dynamic team. If you have over 4 years of experience in EYFS and Primary settings, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of EYFS practitioners, ensuring high standards of care and education.
- Plan and implement engaging and effective learning activities in line with the EYFS national curriculum.
- Develop and oversee the educational intentions for the nursery, fostering a positive and stimulating environment for young learners.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing support and guidance to ensure each child reaches their full potential.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working within the EYFS and Primary education settings.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team of practitioners.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and the ability to plan and deliver a creative and effective curriculum.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to the development and well-being of young children.
