Summary
Step Teachers are working with a small chain nursery in North London, they are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Lead Teacher to join their dynamic team in September 2024 permanently.
Hours of work: 8-5pm/ 9-6pm - 4 days per week & 1 half day 8-12pm/ 2-6pm
Nursery Lead Teacher Role:
- Plan and deliver enriching classes to students within Early Years
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children under your care
- Able to think on your feet and support children's learning & development
- Work effectively with other members of staff and fellow early years faculty
- Ability to assess students, monitor their progress, and provide constructive feedback
- Compliance with the schools’ policies and the reliable implementation of these
Nursery Lead Teacher Requirements:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification is highly desirable
- Have recent nursery or school experience in a support role
- Have a good level of classroom and behaviour management
