We are looking for a highly committed individual to support the development, implementation and delivery of a system wide programme management function across Joined Up Care Derbyshire (JUCD) Integrated Care System (ICS).

The post will involve working with programme and provider teams to develop consistent approaches to planning, monitoring and reporting on transformation and improvement plans that deliver high quality patient care, improved performance, outcomes and delivers efficiency and best value for money.

The post holder will also support the implementation of the JUCD approach to improvement, guiding and empowering teams and services to use improvement methodology and the development of standardised approaches across all areas of work including the use of the ePMO software.

Promote the use of and engagement with the ePMO system across all stakeholders providing training and support to use and navigate the software.

Provide project management guidance to workstream / initiative leads ensuring objective and measurable outcomes are agreed

Develop and utilise specialist knowledge and experience of improvement methodologies to foster a culture of continuous improvement across transformation projects and initiatives.

Developing and maintaining collaborative working relationships with all stakeholders across the JUCD system

Support staff to progress and share ideas and innovations across JUCD.
