About The Role
*This role is primarily remote, with occasional travel to the head office in Windsor required*
Salutem is a fast-growing, acquisitive group that has grown out of a number of different businesses with different backgrounds and processes. We are seeking a talented Power Platform Developer with the skills to build apps, automations and reports that empower our teams. You’ll report to the Group Head of Business Intelligence and initially work on creating a complex Power App for our Business Development team.
Job Responsibilities:

- Create Power Apps to meet the complex needs of our various teams, starting with Business Development.
- · Implement business process flows that guide users or groups of users through key stages of a complex process.
- ·Ensure robust security measures are in place, protecting sensitive data and maintaining compliance.
- ·Collaborate with a range of stakeholders from cross-functional teams to shape requirements.
- Leverage Power Automate for workflow automation and Power BI for data visualisation.
- ·Champion the use of digital tools by non-technical users across the business.
- ·Support colleagues to make the most of the products we create.

Required Attributes:

- Power Platform proficiency, particularly with Power Apps
- Requirements gathering, refinement and delivery.
- Personable, customer-focused, able to relate to colleagues at all levels.
- Holds themselves to a high standard and delivers first-class solutions for both technical and non-technical users.

Desirable skills:

- Experience in the healthcare sector.
- Documentation, version control, deployment pipelines.
- UI/UX design.
- Salesforce
