Summary

Organisational Development Proactively builds credible and valued relationships with senior leaders to to persuade, inspire and energise sustainable behavioural and cultural change, using appropriate academic and business models, to deliver the OD methodologies leading to sustained continuous improvement. Encourages an empowering environment to enable managers to manage their services and people compassionately. Works collaboratively to design and deliver a coherent, high quality and efficient OD work plan that supports the Trust in meeting its objectives and delivering the People Strategy. Constructively challenges and holds up the mirror to organisational behaviours at the individual, team and system level that are out of alignment with Trust values. Leads on the co-design, delivery and facilitation of high-quality organisational development interventions for individuals and teams, specifically focusing on areas of culture change, management/leadership development, and individual and team effectiveness. Integrates the patient voice and patient experience in the design, planning and delivery of any and all OD interventions. Leadership and management Promotes, role models and delivers a strong compassionate leadership culture across the Trust embedding our We Care values and behaviours. . Acts as a role model for transformational leadership demonstrating leadership and expertise, and by maintaining credibility within the Trust, the wider health care community and external agencies.
