Summary

Solutions4Health are delighted to be offering the role of Virtual Health Visitor - remote role. This is a full-time job with a salary of £35,392 to £37,350 depending on experience. Role Summary The post holder will be responsible for delivering key activities in line with the Healthy Child Programme (HCP) 0-19 and up to 25 years for children with special educational needs and disabilities. This may involve, family health assessments in line with the 5 mandated reviews, giving advice and support, and signposting to other agencies. Personal Specification Registered Nurse SCPHN Health Visitor Good knowledge of current community children's health services Previous experience with remote consultation Required Skills/Qualifications Training in Safeguaring Knowledge of principles of supervision, audit and research Information systems skills for recording patient information, ie. SPINE, SystmOne, or similar Information governance and data protection Ability to work independently, but also as a team player, able to contribute to the wider mission of the organisation, with the ability to work flexibly Working knowledge of key legislation and policy relating to safeguarding children and child protection Understanding the needs of culturally diverse communities and other hard-to-reach groups About Us Solutions4Health are an innovative company with a passion and a track record for tackling health inequalities.
