**Allegra Care have an excellent opportunity for a Clinical Manager (RGN) to join their beautiful converted manor house nursing home, Dunwood Manor in the Romsey area.**

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide oversight of clinical governance and lead the care and nursing team
* Conduct supervision, appraisals, and training of clinical and care staff to ensure the delivery of outstanding levels of care
* Implement and support the provider's distinctive care model by effectively allocating resources
* Act as the deputy for the home manager during their absence, contributing to continuous improvements in the home
* Participate in two nursing shifts per week and dedicate 18 hours to supernumerary time
You will need:
* Demonstrated nurse leadership skills with a proven track record of leading care and nursing teams
* Experience in residential nursing home settings catering to the elderly and individuals with dementia, or relevant healthcare settings focusing on elderly patients
* Proficient IT skills, including experience using care planning software
* Nursing qualification (RGN) with an active PIN
