Summary
Building Maintenance - Facilities company - Edinburgh Gyle (West Edinburgh) - £20 per hour Temporary in the view to permanent. IMMEDIATE START CBW is recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to cover a static site at the Gyle side of Edinburgh. Your main duty is to carry out the service and maintenance of all associated electrical services equipment and systems within their client’s premises. . You must have relevant mechanical facilities experience and be able to undertake general building maintenance. Key responsibilities: To undertake the day to day operation, planned maintenance, fault finding and repair, periodic inspections and testing of the mechanical services found in a building services environment to include. FM environment Able to diagnose faults and put forward and complete appropriate rectification measures Able to establish necessary parts/plant/materials necessary for completion of tasks Flexible attitude to work individually and working as part of a team Reliable and trustworthy Confidence in communication with clients and senior managers Take part in out of hours duty roster/on call Pass CRB advanced checks Hours of work Monday to Friday (40 hour week / Overtime available at weekends) Package Hourly rate PAYE £20.00 per hour Permanent Salary up to £38000 Holidays 20 plus bank holidays Pension Excellent Benefits package Internal and External Training Courses Requirements Mechanically Qualified - You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2&3 A proven track record in commercial or
